I can definitely envision how to add this to a portfolio, but how would you show applied learning on a resume, if you didn't move from a junior role to a senior role in a traditional way? Say you moved from one industry to another or had a variety of seemingly unrelated jobs. I assume you don't want to write a lengthy statement about how you learned skills from one job and cross-applied it to another. Is there a recommended way to do that concisely?
